Advising Appointments
Appointments are available in person and virtually. In-person appointments are held in KEAR 101.
- Current CCE students: Schedule with your assigned advisor through or click the 鈥渟chedule an appointment鈥 link below.
- Other OSU students and prospective students: Please email the advisor corresponding with your last name and campus to set up an appointment.
Drop-in Advising
- Spring Drop-in Hours: 3:00-4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday
- Drop-in Dates: March 30-June 11. Not available during spring break week or on May 25 (Memorial Day).
- Location: Kearney 101
Please sign in with the QR code at the front desk and select 鈥渄rop-in鈥 as your appointment type. (Ecampus students can find virtual drop-in information in the CCE Ecampus Canvas site.)
Drop-in is for quick questions and short conversations. If you need to speak with an advisor for more than 5-10 minutes, you will be asked to schedule an appointment to help limit wait times for other students.
Students interested in declaring a CCE major or minor can come to drop-in to schedule an appointment with a CCE advisor. Please note that there is not sufficient time during drop-in to have an in-depth program change discussion.
Only one advisor is available during drop-in each day, and you may need to meet with an advisor who isn鈥檛 assigned to you. The schedule below shows which advisor will usually be available each day.

- Email your advisor if you can鈥檛 attend your appointment or need to meet over Zoom instead of in person.
