Hello! I'm actively involved on campus through undergraduate research in a chemical engineering lab and as an officer in the Chemical, Biological, and Environmental Engineering club. I'm also a member of the Society of Women Engineers and the Biomedical Engineering Society. This summer, I had an incredible opportunity to study abroad and take part in a two-month international research program, which really broadened my perspective both academically and personally.
Looking ahead, I plan to attend graduate school and hope to pursue a career in biotherapeutics, where I can focus on developing treatments for various diseases. Outside of class, I love spending time outdoors, running, and country western dancing. My advice for incoming students is to try everything and get involved with different clubs and organizations on campus; it’s a great way to find what you love and meet amazing people.
