I am aspiring to work on nuclear waste management, pollution remediation, or clean energy consulting. Advice: Take advantage of tutoring and office hours! Everyone learns at their own pace. 

In my free time I like to go outdoors, read, and listen to a lot of music. I especially enjoy hiking and biking in the Corvallis area. When I graduate, I'm hoping to continue my education or work at a cleanup or waste management site.  

My advice for incoming students is to connect with your professors, and ask them for help whenever you need it. Send them emails until they respond. What I like most about Nuclear Engineering is the opportunity to contribute to advancing nuclear power’s safety and sustainability, for a future of emission-free energy. I’m part of the OSU American Nuclear Society chapter.
