Important details about the CBEE Graduation Celebration

• Students must register to have their name read at the event.
• Registration opens May 1 and closes May 31.
• CBEE Club t-shirts will be available for purchase at the Graduation Celebration
• Students graduating in summer 2025, fall 2025, winter 2026, spring 2026 and summer 2026 are invited to participate.
• Students are encouraged to attend the School Celebration on June 12 and the on June 13. Diplomas are only awarded at the university ceremony on June 13.
• This is a cap and gown ceremony, but caps and gowns are not mandatory. Graduation caps and gowns can be purchased from the Beaver Store or borrowed from a friend. Graduate students may also purchase a hood.
• Due to limited seating for the CBEE Graduation Celebration, each graduate can register up to four guests (in addition to yourself).

• Parking permits are required Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., in A, B, or C lots, as well as in any ADA-accessible space. Do not park in R1/R2 lots.

  Permits can be pre-purchased online or obtained at pay stations located throughout campus. For more information and to purchase your permit, visit:

Important Deadlines

• April 2: Deadline to file a diploma application for Master's and Doctoral candidates
• April 21-22: OSU Beaver Store Grad Fair
• May 31: Deadline to RSVP to the CBEE Graduation Celebration (registration opens May 1)
• June 1: Deadline to RSVP for OSU Commencement
• June 2: Deadline to submit OSU Commencement Accommodations Requests
