Biography

After receiving his bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering at OSU, Seth Sproul gained technical experience as a Nuclear Engineer with Commissariat a l’Energie Atomique in France. Following that experience, he went on to obtain a JD from Northwestern School of Law, Lewis and Clark College. Upon graduation, he worked as a law clerk for the Corporate Licensing Group at Intel Corp. and then later with Bonneville Power Administration.

He continued practicing law at the San Diego office of Fish & Richardson P.C., an international law firm specializing in patent and complex litigation, and intellectual property. Specifically, his practice emphasizes patent litigation in the area of physics, electrical engineering, and software. Sproul has represented Intel Corp. and Microsoft Corp. in patent litigation cases.
