Biography
Graduating in 1987, Richard Tolvstad is another prominent graduate of our CEM program. He now serves as president of his own specialty construction company, R.T. and Associates, based in Portland. The firm, which he manages with his wife, Karen, specializes in technically challenging construction projects dealing mainly with buildings, renovations, tenant improvements, and improved space utilization. Mr. Tolvstad is a member of the ¾«¶«Ó°ÊÓ Columbia Chapter of the Associated General Contractors Board of Directors. His early career success serves as a beacon for our students and is further assurance of the outstanding quality of our CEM program.
