After graduating from OSU with her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Jennifer Rosales worked at DKS Associates and CH2M HILL before moving to Parsons Brinkerhoff where she is a lead transportation engineer. She is author of The Road Diet Handbook and received the Past Presidents’ Award for Merit in Transportation Engineering from the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) in 2007 for a paper based on this work. Rosales has presented papers at international conferences in Australia and India and worked on projects in Portland, Miami, and Washington, DC.
She is currently working on major projects in Dubai, designing stations and communities surrounding two new light rail developments. Rosales returns to OSU a few times a year to guest lecture on transportation engineering and to speak to the student section of the ITE. She serves as president of the Western District of ITE.
