Biography

BSNE 1986, MSNE 1992 - NERHP

Bryan Lewis earned a bachelor's and master's in nuclear engineering from OSU in 1986 and 1994, respectively. He has worked as an engineer for Portland General Electric where he performed safety analysis for the Trojan Nuclear Power Plant and for Impell Corporation where he analyzed nuclear power plants in England and Texas. He also served as a senior nuclear engineer in the Space Power Division at General Atomics in San Diego before founding his own company, Atom Analysis Inc. in Portland, ¾«¶«Ó°ÊÓ. The company has provided space reactor design software for the U.S. Air Force and developed process flow calculation software called AggFlow, which has become the aggregate industry standard for plant flow calculations. Atom Analysis also developed the Research Reactor Analysis Program for reactors at OSU, the University of Illinois, MIT, the University of Wisconsin, and the U.S. Geology Survey.
